Liu Zhifeng, a member of the Standing Committee of the 11th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Deputy Director of the Population, Resources and Environment Committee, former Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, vice Secretary of the Party Group, and former President of the China Real Estate Industry Association, visited Baoye for inspection in April 13th.

At the site of Century-Lasting Housing projects Shaoxing Xinqiao Style and Keqiao Daban Green Garden, Mr. Liu and his team experienced the superior performance and advanced concepts of Baoye's "high comfort, low energy consumption, and back to nature" technological residential buildings in terms of energy conservation, energy creation, and energy storage. They explored the entire industry chain development of Baoye from land acquisition to delivery of refined Century-Lasting Housing project. They fully recognize and appreciate the good economic and energy-saving benefits achieved.

During this period, Mr. Liu observed the Q value test of building energy consumption in Baoye, listened to Baoye's improvement of building energy consumption measurement indicators from one-way K value to comprehensive Q value, and reported on Baoye's "century old residential" products saving more than 53.9% energy compared to traditional buildings. He encouraged Baoye to continue to leverage its leading advantages in the field of building energy conservation technology, promote industry transformation and upgrading, and promote high-quality development of building energy conservation.
