Liu Lianwei, Deputy Director of the Housing and Urban Rural Development Department of Hainan Province, led a team to visit Baoye on the morning of April 13th to investigate the situation of building industrialization cluster manufacturing and building energy conservation and carbon reduction . The Science and Technology Department, Human Resources Department, Construction Management Department, Quota Station and other relevant departments of the Hainan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development, as well as the housing and urban construction authorities in cities and counties such as Haikou, Sanya, Sansha, Danzhou, Qionghai, and Lingao County, participated in the survey.

The research team conducted on-site inspections on the exhibition area of Baoye's "China Building Energy Efficiency Research Center" project, the Building Energy Consumption and Carbon Emission Research Institute, the Nesen System energy-saving door and window production line, the Daban Green Garden Residence, which is a Century-Lasting Housing project and Technological Residential Experience Center for Future Home, and learned about Baoye's innovative achievements in building energy conservation, emission reduction, and industry transformation and upgrading the "full industrial chain of building industrialization" development. We acknowledge that Baoye has taken the lead in implementing the national "dual carbon" requirements and achieving the measurement of building energy consumption Q value.

At the same time, both sides discussed how to promote the high-quality development of the construction industry, hoping to strengthen communication and exchange through this research, and explore the possibility of further cooperation.
