Chen Daokun, secretary of the Wujiagang District Party Committee of Yichang City, led a team to visit Baoye from April 3 to 4 to investigate the cluster manufacturing of building industrialization and building energy conservation and carbon reduction.

The delegation visited Baoye's headquarters in Shaoxing and the Shanghai company successively, during which they went deep into Baoye Building Energy Consumption and Carbon Emission Research Institute, the Yangtze River Delta Sustainable Development Research Institute Building Carbon Neutralization Research Center jointly built by Baoye and Tongji University, the new rural industrialization housing project, the future home technology experience center, and "century old housing" projects such as Shaoxing Four Seasons Garden, Keqiao Daban Green Park, Shanghai Vitality World, etc,. They have gained a detailed understanding of the excellent performance advantages of Baoye's "PC" and "Light Steel Electrophoresis" two major industrial integrated buildings, as well as its technological research and development achievements in the field of building energy conservation and carbon reduction. They acknowledge Baoye's integration of 80000 parts of industrial buildings and various high-quality supporting components at home and abroad, and its transformation and upgrading of the traditional building and real estate industry through the entire industry chain model from land acquisition to perfect delivery of fine decoration products. Both sides hope to continue to adhere to the goal of high-quality development and jointly build a high-capacity advanced manufacturing industrial cluster in Wujiagang District.
