Sheng Menglong, a member of the Standing Committee of the Xiangcheng District Committee of Suzhou City, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Economic Development Zone, and Deputy Director of the Management Committee, visited Baoye for research, on the morning of April 10th. Wu Xiaoli, Director of the Economic Development Bureau (Investment Promotion Bureau) of Xiangcheng Economic Development Zone, Zhang Song, Deputy Director, and relevant department heads participated in the survey.

Secretary Sheng and his delegation visited the Baoye Building Energy Consumption and Carbon Emissions Research Institute, the site of the Daban Park " Century-Lasting Housing" project, and the Green Building Materials Procurement Center centered around 80000 parts of industrial buildings. They listened to the history of development , business status, building industrialization cluster manufacturing, and building energy conservation and carbon reduction of Baoye, and introduced Baoye's high comfort, low energy consumption houses, and perfect delivery from self photography to fine decoration. The Century-Lasting Housing projects return to nature, as well as multiple "energy-saving, energy creation, and energy storage" building technologies, and have been fully recognized. Secretary Sheng expressed the hope that both sides will rely on Baoye Suzhou Green Building Industrial Park to create a large capacity advanced manufacturing industry cluster in Xiangcheng, and promote the high-quality development of traditional architecture and real estate industries.
